TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GET REWARDED WITH AIG PROMOTION ("PROMOTION")
1. This Promotion is carried out by GoBear Insurance Broker (SG) Pte. Ltd. ("GoBear") and is subjected to these terms and conditions. By participating in the Promotion, you:
- agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;
- represent and warrant that you are an Eligible Participant;
2. The qualifying period for the Promotion shall commence from 2 November 2020 to 28 February 2021, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period")
3. This Promotion is open to all individual who are eighteen (18) years old and above and have purchased an AIG Asia Pacific Insurance Pte, Ltd. (AIG) Insurance Policy (as stated on Clause 6) as a policyholder through the GoBear website during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Customer").
4. To qualify for the Promotion, the application for the Policy must be approved and premium payment must be received by AIG during the Promotion Period.
5. The policyholder has to fulfil fourteen (14) days free look period to qualify for the Promotion.
6. Eligible Customers will receive the following (subject to these Terms and Conditions) under the Promotion

7. To redeem the Reward, the Eligible Customer has to submit his/her contact details, type of Policy applied and Policy Reference No. in our GoBear Reward Redemption here - this link will also be sent to you at your email address provided.
8. Incomplete or invalid information submission of the redemption form will not be eligible for the Reward.
9. Each Eligible Customer may receive more than one (1) Reward if he/she has purchase more than one (1) Policy in the Promotion.
10. Reward(s) is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
11. No Reward will be issued if the Policy is inactive or cancelled at the point of collection of the Reward.
12. If the Policy is cancelled after the point of collection of the Reward and a refund of premium is due to the Eligible Customer, the refunded premium amount will be reduced by the amount of the Reward collected for the Policy.
13. Reward will be credited to Eligible Customer's PayNow account within 6 - 8 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period. GoBear does not bear any responsibility if the PayNow account provided by the Eligible Customer is inaccurate; Eligible Customer shall assume all responsibility to provide accurate personal details.
14. If the Eligible Customer fails to comply with any other form terms and conditions specified by GoBear, the Reward may be forfeited at GoBear's absolute discretion.
15. In the event that a Reward incurs any tax liability, such tax shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
16. GoBear’s decision on matters regarding the Promotion, including whether an Eligible Customer or entry qualifies for the Promotion is final.
17. GoBear reserves the right to terminate any Eligible Customer' participation in the Promotion at any time and in its discretion in the event of a breach or suspected breach of any of the Terms and Conditions herein without prior notification or incurring any liability to any participant whatsoever.
18. GoBear reserves the right to pursue legal action against any person which it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful or prejudicial to the Promotion, the participation process or the relevant website.
19. GoBear reserves the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion for any reason without incurring any liability whatsoever.
20. GoBear reserves the right at any time to amend or vary these Terms and Conditions and/or any of the instructions or explanations at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any such changes shall be binding and will take effect immediately upon such amendment, change or deletion. Participation in the Promotion shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendment(s) thereof.
