UCPB offers the YES personal loan for Filipino citizens with a permanent address in the Philippines. You must at least 23 years of age and no more than 65 years upon the maturity date. For self-employed individuals, the age bracket is extended up to 70 years old upon maturity.
It is also required for you to be a checking account holder and have your own major credit card. Before applying for a UCPB loan, you must also be a permanent employee for at least 2 years with at least a supervisory job with a minimum gross monthly income of ₱30,000. For self-employed individuals, your business must have been operational for at least 3 years with profits for the latest 2 years of the business for the UCPB personal loan.
You must completely fill up the UCPB personal loan application form available in all UCPB Philippine branch or download it from the bank's website. You must also show a photocopy of 2 government-issued IDs and a copy of the latest 2 months credit card billing statement and utility bill of residence.
For employees, you must also submit a photocopy of your company ID, your latest 1-month payslip, and your ITR form 2316 for the UCPB loan.
For the self-employed, a copy of the latest 2 years audited financial statements and ITR must be presented. You must also show your business registration documents along with the permits. Lastly, a copy of the latest 6 months of your checking account statement will also be asked for the UCPB personal loan.
