GoBear夢想退休生活短片比賽」條款及細則

Woodpecker Asia Tech Pte. Ltd. 以商業名稱GoBear (“GoBear”) 營運,正舉辦「GoBear夢想退休生活短片比賽」(“比賽”) 。參加者參加此比賽即代表其同意受這些條款及細則約束,及聲明和保證其已符合下列參加資格。

比賽時間

  1. 比賽將在2018年2月23日開始至2018年3月18日結束(包括首尾兩日)

參加資格

  1. 比賽可供所有香港市民和居民參加,並須符合以下條件:(i)於推廣期開始前年滿18;及(ii)未有受到任何個人,實體,機關或法律,於世界任何地方以任何方式禁止參與此比賽或任何類似比賽。

  2. GoBear員工及GoBear聘用之廣告公司之工及家屬均不可參加此比賽,以示公允。GoBear保留不允許任何人參與之權利。

參加程序

  1. 每位參加者必須持有一個有效及現有的Facebook,並:

    1. 讚好GoBear Hong Kong Facebook專頁

    2. 透過GoBear Hong Kong 專頁Inbox遞交一段15秒以的短片及以下資料

      • 短片描述(50字以

      • 參加者名稱(將顯示於短片描述)

      • 聯絡電話(得獎通知之用)

  2. 每位參加者只可遞交一段短片參加比賽。

  3. 作品不可以含有任何不雅或暴力成份。

  4. 參加作品須為原創作品,參加者須擁有片作品之版權及承擔版權條例之全部責任。

  5. 參賽者不得於提交作品前銷售、發表(包括網上發表)參賽短片、或曾以參賽作品參與其他比賽。

  6. GoBear Hong Kong將評選及決定贏取以下獎品之參賽片:

    1. 大奬 (1名得獎者)旅遊禮券港幣8,000
    2. 二獎 (5名得獎者):超級市場現金券港幣500

  7. GoBear會聯絡得獎者,並通知其領獎方法

  8. GoBear有權於任何活動使用、修改、展示、刊出及發佈參加作品,而毋須另行徵得參賽者同意及向參賽者繳交任何費用。

  9. 每位得獎者須允許GoBear為促進其商業目的而於GoBearFacebook專頁及其他相關之媒體及公開場合發佈其名字。

  10. 參加者資料將對保密,個人資料只會用作確認參賽者身分、聯絡及其他有關公佈。

一般條款

  1. GoBear保留基於任何原因取消、終止或暫停部分或整個比賽而不受任何法律責任的權利。

  2. 關於本比賽的一切事項GoBear擁有最終決定權,參加者將不得異議。

  3. GoBear 保留一切可在任何時間修改條款及細則及/或任何指示或解釋的權利,並毋須預先通知。任何條款及細則的更改、修訂或撤銷均有約束力,並會即時生效。參加者必須接受所有條款細則及之後的相關修訂。

  4. 倘有人違反或涉嫌違反比賽條款及細則,GoBear有權在任何時間終止任何參賽者的參加資格,而毋須事先通知,亦毋須對任何參賽者負上任何責任。

  5. 倘有人涉嫌從事欺詐活動,或損害比賽、參賽過程、以及相關網站及其公平原則,GoBear 保留法律追究的權利。

  6. 比賽及相關條款及細則,一律受香港法律監管,所有參加者倘對比賽索償、遇有爭議或糾紛,同意交由擁有專屬司法權的香港法院處理。

  7. 若本中文條款及細則,與英文本之間有任何歧義,應以英文本為準。

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF “GOBEAR DREAM RETIREMENT LIFESTYLE VIDEO CONTEST”

Woodpecker Asia Tech Pte. Ltd., trading under the name GoBear ("GoBear"), is organizing and carrying out a GoBear Dream Retirement Lifestyle Video Contest” (the "Contest"). By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you represent and warrant that you have met the eligibility criteria set out hereunder.

DURATION OF THE CONTEST

  1. The Contest will commence on 23 February 2018 to 18 March 2018 (both dates inclusive).

ELIGIBILITY

  1. The Contest is open to all Hong Kong citizens and residents who are: (i) aged 18 and above as at the start of the promotional period; and (ii) not prohibited in any manner by any person, entity, authority or law anywhere in the world from participating in this Contest or any similar contest.

  2. Employees of GoBear, GoBear's creative, advertising and media agencies, their employees and respective family members are not eligible for participation in the Contest. GoBear reserves the right to not allow participation by any person, at its sole discretion.

PROCEDURE

  1. In order to participate, the participant, who shall have a valid and existing Facebook account, shall:

    1. ‘Like’ GoBear Hong Kong Facebook Page

    2. Submit a video in 15 seconds with the following information to GoBear Hong Kong Facebook Page via inbox message:

      • Video description (max. 50 words)

      • Display name of participant (will be displayed with video description)

      • Contact number (for winning notification)

  2. Only one (1) video per participant is permitted.

  1. Entries must not contain any contents of violence or obscenity.

  2. Photos must be of the participant’s original work, in which the participant must have  copyright ownership of the photos and take on full responsibility under the Copyright Ordinance of Hong Kong.

  3. Prior to submission, the submitted videos must not be used for sale, publication (including online publication) or involved in any other competitions.

  4. GoBear Hong Kong shall assess and determine the winning videos with below prizes:

    1. Grand Prize (1 winner): HKD 8,000 Travel Coupons

    2. Second Prize (5 winners) : HKD 500 Supermarket Coupons

  5. GoBear shall contact the winners for redemption details of the prizes.

  1. GoBear will be given full liability to use the videos submitted from this competition in any activities, where videos may be used, edited, published, exhibited and circulated without the need for further consent from or compensation to participants.

  1. Each winner shall allow GoBear to publish his or her name on GoBear’s Facebook page and in relation to other media and publicity objectives as GoBear deems fit in furthering its business objectives.

  2. Participants’ personal information will be kept confidential and will only be used for identity confirmation, contact and related announcements.

GENERAL

  1. GoBear reserves the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest for any reason without any liability whatsoever.

  1. GoBear's decisions on all matters pertaining to the Contest are final and binding. No further correspondence regarding the Contest, these Terms and Conditions or any decision made by GoBear in connection therewith and/or the results will be entertained.

  1. GoBear reserves the right at any time to amend or vary these Terms and Conditions and/or any of the instructions or explanations at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any such changes shall be binding and will take effect immediately upon such amendment, change or deletion. Participation in this Contest shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendment(s) thereof.

  1. GoBear reserves the right to terminate any participant's participation in the Contest at any time in its discretion in the event of breach or suspected breach of any of the Terms and Conditions herein without prior notification or any liability to any participant whatsoever.

  1. GoBear reserves the right to pursue legal action against any person which it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful or prejudicial to this Contest, the entry submission process or the relevant web site.

  1. The Contest and the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Hong Kong law and each participant agrees to submit any claim, dispute or controversy to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

  2. In the event of inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
